This series was great when it first started. It had so much potential. I cried on Snow Way Out. I did. Then it went up and down. Having a little brother kept me watching with him ... until ... Amy and Max showed up. Then the whole series was ruined. Each movie keeps getting worse. Ash is a fool. He acts like he hasn't learned a single thing since he left Pallet town. Everytime he sees a new Pokemon he acts like he never saw one before. I was hoping for some character development. Ash has zero character development. Team Rocket got on my nerves after a long while too. They shouldn't even be in the new ones. Meowth's origin was a great episode way back when. Now he is just there. I hate how they lost Arbok and Weezing. It made no sense. None of it makes any sense anymore. I dropped the anime about two movies ago.
Maybe the new DS games will breath life into this series again.
