I don't know how Phil feels about it, but past attempts to change a person's user name have shown it to be such a bad idea that we forbade it. In the past changing a user name caused huge problems with the database to the point where the admins had to do massive database reconstruction.

But as I said, I don't know how Phil feels about the idea or how much faith he has in his vB dB to not shit the bed because a name was changed.
