| Eyes Through these emerald spheres,
I see the world differently than most.
I wish for the simple things to me,
But pain mostly wants to be my main guest.
I only wanted love,
The current beauty I now see.
Wish I could reach heaven,
For it's in her eyes.
Heaven and the sea rolled into two,
Two magical, mystical spheres in her face.
The soft smoothness of skin tries to hide,
What lies deep within her soul, behind the skies.
I see angels in her eyes, through my jaded gaze,
Green into blue, the ocean's colors born.
I just wish I could be there to show her,
What these emerald eyes lay hiding inside.
Her steel blue gaze tears me in two,
My emerald sight never sought.
I just wish one day I would be,
There with the heaven in her beauty.
Some day I hope to have heaven for my own,
And I can give her the riches of my emerald eyed soul.
So maybe one day I can tell her the truth,
With a deep emerald gaze, say "I love you."
