| Re: Medieval Fantasy RPG (PM to join) Meka walked into the old house where Jenkis had told her to come. She held the small piece of paper in her hands as she knocked on the door. A tall stout man answered with a snort. “Hey lady, what do you want? We don’t room the poor here go down the street.” The man said, his voice was rough and deep. Meka looked at him with her eyebrow raised. She handed him the note and watched the man’s face change. “Oh, sorry Miss, didn’t know that Mr. Jenkis asked for ya, wait, I’ll open the door for ya. And if ya want anything to drink just tell me and I’ll get it for ya.” The man opened and stepped aside to let Meka in. “Are you hungry?” He asked. “Just stay out of my way.” Meka glanced sideways at him as she walked to the back of the house.
Meka watched two men sword fence from the back room window. She tilted her head and went over the steps of basic sword fighting in her mind, as she guessed the next move each man made. Then Jenkis walked in. Meka looked up at him. She took off her cloak exposing her leather armor and her crossbow, which was concealed carefully under her cloak. “So Jenkis… what is this so called job. The last one you gave me was not much of a challenge… but rather more than a mere game of child’s play.” Meka sat back down and crossed her legs. Jenkis could not help himself as he smiled and poured her of cup of ale. Meka took the cup and sipped as Jenkis sat down next to her. “This job, my dear, is very crucial, in fact I suspect you will not be able to pull it off.” Jenkis took a drink and leaned back in his chair. Meka set down the cup. “I’m listening.” She said urging Jenkis to continue. Jenkis smiled and looked at her. “Well a certain client of mine what something that belongs to them and will not rest until it is theirs.” Meka laughed “Tsh, then tell them to hire a thief.” Meka took a drink of her ale. Jenkis lowered her cup. “Listen to the rest. Someone stands in the way of my client’s claim. That is where you come in. Get rid of whoever it is. I happen to know who that someone is and it is one hell of a challenge for you, love.” Jenkis smiled as he motioned for Meka to come closer to him. Meka leaned to him. Jenkis smiled as he whispered the name into her ear, then pulled back waiting for a reaction. Meka paused for seconds than looked at Jenkis. Then Meka got to her feet. “Tell your client he has nothing to worry about, it is all taken care of.” Meka began to walk out, she stopped and looked over her shoulder. “I hope your client will not change their mind, for I will do this task weather he wants it or not.” Meka then walked out. Jenkis smiled to himself as he listen to her leave.
