Since I spent all week working on this for a possible submission for the Veterans Clan I figure I might as well submit it.
The background texture and foreground images can be changed at will. The background images (and currently the foreground) were all taken from Classic Anime's.

- The Arcadia from Harlock
- Akira
I have provided 6 color overlay options for the background:
- Teal
- Blue
- Purple
- Green
- Gold
- Pink (edit:see below)
There is a shape layer that can be "Select" "Inverse" to remove any new background textures on the left side of the image. The background color to the left of the banner can also be changed to whatever the staff wants or even turned off and the image saved as a png if desired.
