Morikubo Shoutarou, whom I absolutely love (though not nearly as much as Suwabe Junichi) because he always voices the sneaky characters to perrrrrrfection - Kirihara Akaya (Tenipuri), Shikamaru (Naruto), Kadaj (FFVII Advent Children) and Orphen (Sorcerous Stabber Orphen) among many others. And he's not bad-looking either.
