Personally, I liked the Lobelia uniform. I think everyone has the potential to look better in the sailor uniform. Although when she was with Kyouya in the shopping centre was pretty nice too.
Speaking for scraggly-looking nerds everywhere, Haruhi in the first episode was the best!
