I found it hilarious that the shadowy figures that kill Naruto remind me of Heartless. That made me lawl.
In serious matters, its common knowledge that the majority of OVAs and movies for most anime series tend to be not part of the official canon set up by the original anime/manga/novel. What does this mean? Movies are "filler". Their primary goal is to grab you and attract your attention so that you can empty your wallets to please the corporate bigwigs at the top of Studio Pierrot, Weekly Jump, and whomever signs whoevers' checks. |
