Everyday, it seems that I have more pain bottled up inside.

One thing I do to keep this in check is control the amount of anger that I put To work.
This is a difficult task and when my restraints fail,

Music, why does this calm me down?
Why does it help me gain control?
why does it release anger and let me see thigs different?
Why am I so concentrated on music when I am angry, mad, or just to "full"?
I have these questions but not one of them are answered, Why?
Do I have to figure it out on my own?
Why when you have questions do you never get an answer?
So little time, So much to figure.
