Daniel219, I understand you like to keep your characters mysterious and enigmatic chars can be fun, as they can get you guessing.
I spotted the Ryu City referance, knew that would be used.
Anyway, the char is ok mysterious but then I'm not fully convinced, but if Anon is the Ryu city sensei, then it's ok, as it seems difficult for me to see him as a student.
If he has bandanas over his head and lower face under the hood, then his eyes would right? If so, please mention eye colour.
Please also explain more how Ki Dash would work. Does he get engulfed in Ki or feet are covered in Ki. Explain.
Escape techniques in Martial Arts? Never heard of it. Though it can be useful for escaping battles outside the trials.
