Thing is, most "Emo" kids don't have pathetic lives. Most of them are Middle class kids, who live in an average home, go to an average high school, and so on and so forth. This whole Emo trend only got where it was because the media capitalized on it and blew it out of per portion.
When I see emo kids, I just think to myself: You're an idiot for not thinking for yourself and not being who you are, not trying to be what some band tries to be, cause they're laughing their way to the bank on your so called "Unhappiness"
The more you try to act like something you're not, the more you forget who you are. |
