I do anime marathons occationally, it really depends on how much I like the anime.

The longest one I've done is a 19-hour Full Metal Alchemist marathon. 10AM to 5AM-ish the next day.

I also finished Shakugan no Shana in one sitting, that was only about 8 hours though.
