Amazing how this thread hasn't gotten a post lol. My temp is WAAAY LONGER THAN THAT but due to a certain "Character Limit" I can't fit ALL of it >_>

The updated Katana blade that Rayex recieved from his previous teacher and relative Sano-sama who was responsible for breaking his last one in the first place. Its sharpened blade and conductive properties match his lightning chakra and his own unique traits. With the white noisei current he can can channel it into his black blade and increase the cutting power. The blade was forged with a hint of Kusuke's black chakra giving it that last minute defense as its was his strongest chakra excess at the time of being created.

Kunai Knives: The basic ninja tool for all shinobi, mostly introduced to young Genin. A sharp daggerlike weapon to carve up enemies and opponents.

Demon Wind Shuriken: A shuriken shaped into the form of a windmill, excellent for cutting through the air and through enemies. Its rotation is what makes it such an impressive ninja tool.

Shuriken and Wire: One of the starter ninja tools used in various combinations. Shuriken are the equivalent of darts to be thrown can more or less immobilize an opponent temporarily. With the wire attached it can pin an opponent to a tree or rock and launch a jutsu to follow.

Sand Gourd: Self explanitory, being that it was given to him by Sano-daifu for the purposed of doing loose and manipulation. Over the time spent with Daaku-senpai this sort of enhanced from what was done in the past.

Soldier pills: A clever shinobi pill developed by working Konoha shinobi. Chakra surplus supressed into a tiny pill when consumed gives the user the strength to fight for three days and nights straight. As the digestive tract breaks the outer wall of the pill, chakra is poured into the central spiral matrix of the chakra system and spreads rapidly for that necessary boost. At a time, a shinobi of atleast chuunin level carries two pills per member on a four man platoon.

Quad Shuriken: A massive sized shuriken about ten times bigger than a normal shuriken. Its pretty basic except for adapting to the weight of the shuriken to be thrown rapidly as it slices the air when thrown.

1. Kage Rendan: Shadow Batallion (A-rank, Offensive)
Utilizing the upward kick from Might Gai's Shadow of Dancing leaf techinique, the opponent is hurled into the air. Rayex then creates three kage bunshins, following up as the original leaps behind the soaring opponent hiding in their shadow. From their its a rotational movement of attacks, the first being the left leg is slammed across into the opponent's chest causing their body to rotate to the right opening their body up. The first replication then comes flying from the ground with a spinning screw kick into the opponents torso slamming them to bind with the left leg to interlock their body from escaping. The replication pushes off of the body and the next kick from the original from the right leg pivoting the body left. The second replication comes from under slamming a screw kick as the first one did into the torso of the opponent and then furiously pushes off. Rayex then slams his right arm into his opponent and flips on top of them as they rotate leaving himself within their shadow still. His left fist then connects with their back pushing them to fall faster than himself. The finaly clone jumps from directly below slamming both feet into the opponent and pushes off while Rayex comes down to finishi it off by grabbing their torso into the Falcon Dive slamming their head into the hard ground.

2. Lightning Malestrom (B-rank, Supplementary)
In combination with Rayex's lightning speed jutsu and katana blade, he is capable of accelerating the movement of the speed at which not only his fit and torso move, but also his hands and arms. A series of slashes to repel attacks such as the 1,000 needle attack Ditonke used on Rayex in the Chuunin exams to thwart all incoming projectile based attacks of a certain degree.

5. Raiton: Raishuriken (B-rank, Offensive, Lightning)
A modification of the Howaitnoizu, the user is able to give the amount of charge chakra circulated in their palm forming what appears to be a spinning demon wind shuriken. The electrically charged chakra blades spin slicing the air at an incredible pace. Rayex then hurls it into an enemy and it literaly rips them apart, but its most effective against earth element jutsu.

6. Katon: Okibitama no Jutsu: Fire Style: Blazing Sphere no Jutsu (B-rank Supplementary, Fire)
The user does a different number of handsigns rapidly and then blows a stream of fire into their hands cupped together. Using the vopal orb's rotation method, that chakra is then spiraled into a moving sphere of fire that can be thrown at a given enemy.

7. Raiton: Lightning Dragon Missle (B-rank Offensive, Lightning)
After making the Howaitonoizu brimming in the user's palm, further handseals are made and the chakra focused into he palm is shifted as it takes the form of many miniature dragons that dance and disperse all converging on one target. The amount of chakra required to maintain it is relatively the same

Howaitonoizu: White Noise (A-rank, Offensive, Lightning) -Copied Reanimation-
This jutsu channels a large amount of chakra into the user's arm. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible to the naked eye. The technique actually alters the nature of the user's chakra, effectively converting it into electricity. As a side effect of the conversion process, the large amount of chakra, and the speed at which the user moves, this technique makes a loud noise similar to the rattling white noise thats incredibly loud, hence the name (if the user is not in motion, it merely makes a electric crackling sound). Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and stabs their enemy with it. The amount of thrust combined with the large concentration of chakra allows the user to stab through almost anything; as such it is usually fatal to the enemy. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.
This jutsu has a major drawback, however. The speed at which the attack must be done, combined with the fact that the user must run in a straight line, causes a tunnel vision-like effect for the user. This allows their enemy to easily counter the attack, making it a potentially lethal move for the user. Though this drawback would seem to make learning the technique fairly pointless, however this drawback can be avoided by using the Sharingan, or another kind of kekkei genkai that takes in each and every detail regardless how fast the user is moving.

20. Death Gaze: (B-rank, supplementary)
A fear based genjutsu what when Rayex pierces them with his eyes and crashing wave of force is sent towards the target with what appears to be unknown cuts tearing the flesh apart. The final piece being a kunai knife slammed directly in the forhead causing the enemy to lean back gaping like a stiff and petrified soul. For several minutes the foe is paralyzed with fear that is nearly impossible to overwhelm unless distracted by something else thats powerful enough to divert all of your attention at the sametime.

Urusai Hoiwaitnoizu: Loud White Noise (Unknown, Offensive, Lightning)
This jutsu is an enhanced form of the White Noise, and has the same, albeit more powerful, effect. Rayex is the only one able to use it, and it is named as such because he set the entire area off with an ear splitting roar from his palm generating such intense control as the sound is amazingly loud. This jutsu requires a larger amount of chakra and better chakra control. This is exemplified in their respective appearances. Whereas the White Noise creates a large mass of chakra in one hand that appears near-white, the Loud White Noise is considerably more concentrated and appears in the more concentrated silverish white color of real white noise. Rayex can only use this technique four times in a given day.

Raifuuton: Vorpal Blade (S-rank, Offensive, Wind/Lightning):
A Variation of the Raifuuton: Vorpal Orb Rayex can shape it into a katana blade. A layer of wind as well as lightning chakra fluxuate wildly on the outter layer of the katana. The vorpal blade is still in the beta stages and yet to seen to its full potential. It much like the Raifuuton vorpal orb isn't completely developed. However being only about half complete Rayex has shown in some instances that he can extended the length of the blade for mid-range attacks.
