Uryu is the all time great. It's all about when we first see him. He completely shows up Ichigo, and does it without even trying. He's rude to like, everyone, and has the balls to call a swarm of hollows to the city, putting everyone in danger, just to show off his superior level of tightness. The only other characters that are almost that cool are Renji and Toshiro.
