I went to the pet shelter to buy a labrador of sorts . . . The one I wanted had already been claimed, so my mum pointed out this quiet little terrier who had been staring at us all our visit. She was a pretty enough thing, very calm, very patient, so we took her. I'm so glad we did. Poppy is the best dog in the world. She is very intuitive.
