@fooligar. That doesn't address if program utilities such as BitTorrent are being interfered with, there is a big difference between "blocking" and "interfering" with. Basically it reads to me that they are trying to smooth things over by saying they aren't blocking the service but not addressing if it is true they are interfering with it. I doubt most internet savvy members would buy this claim by Comcast as it clearly is a diversionary tactic from the real merit of concern their users have. |
