I frequently think of adopting. I don't think I want to be a single parent, though; why choose a rough life? I do know that if/when I do get married, my spouse and I will talk in length about adoption (or at least being foster parents). A lot of good can be done through the process. If I were to have my own children, that would not change anything - my adopted children will be just as special and deat to me as my biological ones. |
