I don't think "I just lost it" is a valid excuse. He BLUDGEONED HER TO DEATH WITH A CHIN-UP BAR. That means REPEATED BLOWS. It's like the case a few years ago about the dentist who ran over her cheating husband. She was found guilty because she put the car in reverse to run over him again. Shouldn't he be penalized more because he hit her not once, not twice, but enough to KILL HER?!?! |
