I think teenage sex offenders should definitely be persecuted just like adult sex offenders. It doesn't matter what age you are. A crime is a crime and your age doesn't change the fact that they have scarred a person for life and make the victims have nightmares about it every night. I honestly think that the sentences should be harsher overall. |
