Sure. If he uses 'Thought' to much then it could overload his nerves. 'Memory' though isn't too bad on the side, it's not like many people will be chanting spells I'm sure. But it will have instant cast restrictions. It's not like he can launch a large Aether fire blast and at the same time fire Aether lighting from above. One spell at a time, only the simplest can be done in quick succession.Even then it's still isn't faster then just thinking and manipulation element, maybe close but not as fast.

How's that?
