Gin Ichimaru, hands down.
the fact that when he speaks he can imply he is innocent, and at the same time basically say he's guilty with a "what are you going to do about it?" tone is amazing to me.
that to me is awesome. i also like the way he looks. the fox face he has is perfect for a villain i say. looks so innocent, yet underneath is the red eyes of a heartless antagonistic man.
