Still, the fact remains that the majority of 'licensed' Region 2 Anime DVD releases do not have English subtitles. And pandering to the sales of illegal bootlegs only encourages this activity, as well as depriving Anime producers from needed income. Ultimately, (as your experience has shown,) you get what you pay for...
