Man I'm surprised that I'll be the first to say his name. Of course the One, the Only, the badguy with his own THEMESONG, CHAR CHAR CHAR! Gotta love Char he was the coolest newtype, badguy, and probably character in the series. It because of him that us clones are running everywhere(srry inside joke). Without him cloning technology would be minimal. lol
