Well when it comes to putting someone in a "crazy house", you can only be in there if you are either a danger to yourself and other. L has no intention of hurting people. He may be odd and have many strange things about him, but he isn't trying to hurt anyone.
Light, on the other hand, is trying to change the world by killing off those who have done wrong. Thats dangerous to everyone on the planet. So he definitely needs to be locked up. |
