Easiest way would be to click the reply button, but you can alway use the following tags around text to quote with out the spaces:

Easy as pie.
Also, on the text entry, theres' a button that looks like that speech bubble from a comic, thats the quote button. Highlight any text and press that, and it gets put in a quote.
