In my experience someone without integrity is less likely too yes, significantly so. Since I believe in making my choices based on past history I would prefer to take a chance on the imbecile then someone with a better then average chance of blowing it for personal gain.

But I will definitely agree on the breaking the law thing. That is why Spitzer is in so much trouble right now... come to think of it, adultery just might be illegal. I know it used to be that is why it could be used as grounds for a divorce. Did that ever get taken off the books?
