well that is true but it is also true that in the way of genetics (no offence to any females) that men do have a better stamina and things like that. So it is true that women should not have to do more.
It is also true that the "standerds" of the human today is very... poor...
It might be usefull to "lower the bar" as some might say but it is also true that some people should work harder than others to be prepared for war.
