no place is safe.
even if the people in japan dont have guns they have nifes.
and they still have hand and feet to hit and kick people.
frankly your never safe as long as your around other people you dont even know. Specially in a big city.
But it is kind of weird that the crimes in japan are that weird.
I mean the guy are going around taking shots of panties couldn't they just go on the interenet and look at porn. >.< i mean i dont really agree with it but i say i would rather they be looking at porn than stalking a girl.
