| Re: Popularity in School I have found that you can be popular in your own individual group and that you don't need to feel that you have to be in the same catagory as the kids that are at the top of the food chain. If you and a group of people have one or more things in common, then you can become popular in that group even if it may be small. I joined the choir at my school and came to love it and also be told that I'm popular, but in that group. I was always the quiet kid and never really fit in with anyone until I joined the choir. They might not be at the top, but I am popular in my own group and for being myself. Don't change who you are just to fit in with one group, because you end up feeling dead inside.
