The tile of LEGENDARY Anime would have to be given to
1. An Anime that everyone loves or at least likes
2. A long ran series that was good from start to finish
3. A well known Anime that everyone has or had a chance to see

In my opinion fo that I would have to nominate Outlaw Star, the anime was good from start to finish, everyone knows/knows of it, But I can't say everyone likes it, however all who I know that has watched the series loved it.
