In the DnD world the Dark Elves can be bad but that only depends on the DM thats playing the game and the I do agree with your views on the elves but I still say that they're just misunderstood. If it wasn't for their skin color then they'd be considered agreeable in the eyes of both man and elf alike. Tho this is only the views of one person to another, and the Elder scrolls versions of the Dark elves is only one view of what happens if u stariotype based on skin and apperances.
