I'm still not sure why scientists continue to be recognized as the be-all-end-all knowledge of the world. I've always been inclined to listen to a philosopher rather than a scientist about things concerning certain aspects of life.

I listen ta philosophers alot as well, but I consider them as only part of the equations of life. I've always believed that one must look at all sides of an issue ta determine one's own truth.

Logic is only one aspect ta life and many scientists r beginin' ta understand that. It doesn' mean that they r completely correct, but that also doesn' mean that one should completely discount their claims.

Science can be a good thing, but to believe in it wholeheartedly is no different than to believe in the very religions it bashes. It requires some form of faith.

No one is, necessarily, believin' in science wholeheartedly; at least I'm not. Science is made by man and man is fallible, so would that not; in turn; make science fallible. Yet this doesn' mean that science is useless or shouldn' b believed. Sometimes scientists say somethin' that makes sense and the fact that the "chances" of our bein' alone in this universe r slim and none makes sense. Look at how vast space is and u tell me the chances of there bein' no other life forms out there.
