| Re: Life on Other Planets There are many reasons why we haven’t made "FISRT CONTACT" with another race. Be it the fact that we are not worth their time, or they simply can’t hear us... The list goes on and on and on. Now I for one don’t believe that science is infallible, in fact I know it makes many mistakes and thus has to constantly have to change its view. Just because I hear some scientist say this that and blah blah blah doesn’t mean I believe it whole heartedly because I know that there are possibly many more explanations and reason than just what ever some dude in a lab jacket has said. Now as for life out in the universe. I believe there is, because the odds are so great do to the fact that the universe is far too massive and huge to only have us in it. I am saying that from just a visual stand point with out science or anything else and that is my point I am trying to make here. Look at a snap shot of the universe which you can find any where by simply googling it. Look at the picture and tell us that there isn’t at least one form of life that could be living on one of those little specs of dust. And the significant of life other then our own is far reaching then for us to say so what. Think about it. We can learn their history, their civilization, their customs, their technology, their form of religion and beliefs. We could very well have a new trading partner if and when we have the ability for actual space travel. Wouldnt you want to know about them, or simply have your head in the ground and play out your life as it has no effect on you. Which in the end it will.
