Alright, Homunculus has to be Wrath. Sure he can be a whiny brat, but i like his power over alchemy the best. there's practically nothing that kid can;t do.
Villain other than the homuncculi: Kimblee. who doesn;t like a smart ass who blows people up with alchemy. "Another way is that i made innocent women and children go boom." <- such a great line.
Col.: Hughes. he reminds me so much of myself its scary.
State Alchemst: Armstrong. That guy is so comical, but his alchemy is definately one of the best IMO
