Bio: Commander of the South American Reaction Force, he is charged with squashing any reports of intruders, bandits and rebels whit what ever forces he thinks are needed. Fighting for the South American gov. since child hood he has survived countless battles, with talent and determination. it has harded him into one of the meanest commanders in the SA army.

Status: Landing with his forces on the report of terrorist activities near the border of a neighboring country. Must find out if that country is trying to invade of if other forces are responsible...
