If you plan on tampering with over-clocking settings, I would recommend swapping the factory CPU Cooler with a better cooler... You could also up the memory to 4GB, (though only 3.2GB of it would be usable under the 32bit OS), as DX10 games (with that graphics card your installing, you do plan on installing DirectX 10???) can use every single bit of RAM that you can stuff onto that motherboard...

I would also recommend spending a little more $$$ on your video display, and get one thats native 1920x1200 resolution and HDCP support. (After all, what are you buying that heavy duty a graphics card for), which would also give you the option of later adding a Blu-Ray ROM drive to your system, and being able to watch those High Def Movies in their native resolution...
