I most certainly must go with "
maguro" aka Tuna. No, not the cheap $#!+ in the cans, the "real" Tuna, the tasty parts. Overall I've liked most of the sushi and sashimi that I've had in my life, maybe its partially due to my Japanese blood but whatever. But the only sushi that I cant seem to sink me teeth into is "
ika" aka squid, literally, I have a hard time biting down and chewing it. Maybe I just got stuck with some cheap squid but I havent come across any that I've had an easy time eating. I've come to like everything else I've tried though.
...man, now I wish I could get some good sushi. I havent had good sushi in years.(T^T)
