You feel guilty because you don't do it for the lulz, you just do it for fun. To put it in simple words, you feel guilty because you think what you are doing is both wrong and funny, so their is a clash between the two. However, when you do it for the lulz you know what you are doing is lulzy and funny, so there is no remorse whatsoever.
