I still say that male rapists should become eunechs. This really isn't all that new, it's just coming out more is all. I have heard of cases where the rapists have intentionally fouled up a woman's (or man's though men are less likely to admit to being raped) reprocutive organs. There's just more people using drugs now is all. It's still discusting. |
