I think and suggest that the privelages of rating the threads should only be given to the Mods... from what i see... most good threads are left with no ratings on them and some which don't suppose to get ratings... get full ratings

Oh well

Hope you all think about this carefully... because i think the mods will do a better job at rating it... ^^ most member never even voted anyway..
