Well, that was gonna be the fun part (for me anyways XP). After all the people was ready to start, I would start a raffle with papers with the names of the fighters out of a hat! I would pair up the fighters that way. And if the pairs come out uneven, I would make some character for them to fight, but if I cant, I would simply give them the bye.
