I think this is a "change of pace" for Smith, as "Meteor Man" was for another famous black actor( of course, I can't remember his name!)

Is there a place for black superheros, of course! Just as there are for oriental/asian ones, Hispanic ones and all former "stereotyped cultures"

We partially have Anime to thank for that.

Will Smith could easily become the next Denzel Washington, Harrison Ford, Alec Baldwin, Tom Cruise (without the Scientology-please!) or any other number of heroic types. I doubt, however, that he will settle for a single "persona".

BTW, isin't this supposed to be a forum on Anime?
