In my opinion it all depends on the person who you are speaking to. If he or she is open and likes to talk and has no problem talking about their personal lives and their social lives then it is very easy to identify the person and make a very good hypothesis about them and about their personality. But if a person chooses not to give out too much information then it get much harder to identify them and usually your best guess does not even come close to their real personalities.
