I don't know about you but I'm not even closed to using all the space. Also if this is the only gripe isn't that good?

this is the full article Wii Ware: Is This Nintendo's First Blunder? - Video Game Feature - Yahoo! Video Games

Soshi Kitai thanks for the ratings post. Some of them sound interesting.
Most Wii gamer-owners have complained about the amount of space heavily decreasing in their Wiis. That's especially due to the fact of their love of the Virtual Consoles.
But Nintendo isn't deaf to these pleas. And though they've shut down people's requests many times... it was never a "No", it was a "Not that way". As seen here. -click-

However, most have stopped griping about the idea and have generally accepted the fact that "we may never see a storage solution anytime soon".

And I wouldn't say this is the Wii's first blunder.
The first blunder would be the idea of TOO MUCH shovelware.
Though shovelware definitely increases sales to a dramatic amount (as seen in PS2 sales), and attracts several customers... TOO MUCH shovelware so soon (the rate that the Wii gets shovelware compared to the rate of "legit" games come out is far beyond what the PS2's rate was) actually harms the Wii's hardcore-gamer customers (several people in the hardcore gaming crowd sold their Wiis on the day WiiFit came out).

In my opinion, WiiWare is a good move, since it actually has piqued interest back to the general-gaming populace. It also set up a new medium for small 3rd-party producers, rather than just the Playstation Network or Xbox LIVE Arcade.

...so in the end, WiiWare's "gripes" are already being "cured" by it existing in the first place (the longer WiiWare exists, the more Nintendo is pushed to find a storage solution... and the more 3rd party producers realize how the Wii can do more than just shovelware).

Not only that, but Wii's titles are starting to pick up speed, as less and less shovelware are starting to appear... and games that are given a bit more attention to, are appearing.
