I have been fighting so long,
now she is back.
She says things to make me believe.
Now she intends to relive
All my pain and anxiety,
All my hurt and disdain.
So many speeches given.
So many promises not kept.
All just so my brothers will not suspect.
She wants her power,
She wants all that it can give.
Now the nest of her citizenry,
Is all but a garbage dump.
Of lies, Of deceit
Of all that is vain.
All her promises, all her votes were given in vain.
My brothers march in the streets.
Some of them givng up their lives.
Yet not enough for a consensus
Of making her admit her lies.
" I am sorry." she said in the news.
Is she sorry i wonder?
For all the lives that she took.
Is she sorry for the child who begs in the streets.
Is she sorry for the homeless, who has no home to keep.
Is she sorry for the widow who's husband her police abducted?
All for those words she said never meaning a thing.
I know I am just a voice ,
shouting in vain.
Trying to find justice,
Trying to reach my aim.
As i walk to the streets.
The snippers take aim.
As I fall to the ground wounded
I wonder will she be sorry,
Will i die in vain.
