Anime Related Trading

Anime CDs/DVDs, tapes, posters, toys, manga etc. can be traded. The trade cannot make a profit. If the trader does not have anything to trade then the trader has the option to pay for the shipping and material (such as the cost of the CDs).

When trading CDs/DVDs, the trade will correspond with CD/DVD to CD/DVD ratio. For example if an anime series uses 4 CDs then the other trader must provide 4 CDs worth of anime unless both agree otherwise.

If trading through the net, the trade will correspond with episode to episode ratio. For example if an anime series has 13 episodes then the other trade will provide 13 episodes worth of anime unless both parties agree otherwise.

If the receiver of the trade has found that there are errors on the CDs/DVDs/tapes/episodes, not relating to codec problems (wrong version of codec), then the supplier of the anime must either resend those bad animes or send another that the receiver agrees to, at the supplier’s expense.

Posters, toys, manga etc. can be traded for the same or different merchandise (such as anime CDs) upon the agreement of both parties. If the merchandise is found damaged and was not made clear to the receiving party, then supplier of the merchandise must either send another or replace with a different merchandise, unless both parties agrees otherwise.

Non-Anime Related Trading

First we do not allow trading of ripped/copied software or games. If found that a member is trading these he/she/other will be banned from AO without warning. If you want to trade software or games, it must be the original CD/DVD.

Posters, toys, original software, original games etc. can be traded for the same or different merchandise (such as anime CDs) upon the agreement of both parties. If the merchandise is found damaged that was not made clear to the other party then supplier of the merchandise must either send another, or replace with a different merchandise unless both parties agrees otherwise.

You can leave Trading Feedback (Positive, Neutral, Negative) on each member's profiles. It is recommended to includes trading deals URL's. Putting false feedback will result in suspension of your account. (Note : Trading Feedback is under member's extra profile section, not user profile comments box)

If a supplier of the trade includes any form of virus infected files or porn without the consent of the receiver then the supplier will be banned from AO without warning.

If a trader does not hold to the agreement or is ripping off another trader he/she/other will be banned from AO without warning.

Don’t forget the rules for the forum applies to this section as well such as spamming, and staying on topic.

Also due to the nature of trades AO does not accept ANY responsibility for trades which go on. They are strictly between you and the other party. Any legalities or disputes which may come up be it a company stating they see copyright infringement we will disclose all personal information about an offender for them to inquire and or prosecute. We do not accept any legal obligation towards any of the members (A.K.A. your on your own so dont trade or more specifically sell anything you shouldn't be) Also any such obstructions will result in a perm ban of that member from the community.
