Vayne was a tough opponent. He is strong and quick and holds his sword the way you should. There was no way I can win with just attacks. Bash. His blows are strong and could easily kill. Bash. I keep with parrying as I thought of a way I could win. But should I win? If I do I will shame the Solidor household. And if I do that then it could lead to my execution. But then I can not lose a fight, I must become a judge after all. Suddenly I have an idea. Bash. It’s a long shot but it could work, yes. I slash my sword to the left. Bash. I then slash to the right. Bash. Electrical currents run through my sword. Left. Bash. Right. Bash.
Me- you are a tough opponent
Vayne- I have honour to uphold so I must be
Me- well sorry about this then.
I hold my sword up high and attack Vayne straight on. As I guessed he retaliated in parrying. Our swords bash together the electrical currents in my sword transfer to Vayne’s. All he could do is stand there. I smile. The current transfer from his sword to him causing him to fly backwards from the shock. As he does so he lets go of his sword. I catch it. Vayne fell to the ground.
Me- I win.
Vayne- grr... this is not the end, kid
Me- that’s my name. So don’t wear it out, Kay?
Emperor- well then son, upon bringing shame to me, you must see that it was no fluke that this child beat Gabranth. *turns to me* very well, you shall be a judge.
Vayne walks up to me and looks down
Vayne- you were lucky this time
He spots my necklace and takes a few steps back. Eyes shadowed. He knew, I didn’t know what he knew about me but he knew.
Vayne- but next time you won't be so lucky.
Me- it’s not luck, Sir, but because I not only use melee attacks but when it comes to it I use magicks.
Emperor- a good quality as a judge is to be good with not only attacking.
Me- exactly milord
The Emperor nods.
Me- we shall fight again Vayne and then we shall see who is best you or I.
Vayne- hmph. Very well child
Me- its Kid
Vayne- as I said I shall beat you, Kid. I must gain my honour again
Me- honour isn’t just about winning.

Me- you wanted to speak to me
Ffamran-wow, you found one that fit? *nods towards my judge uniform*
Me- not exactly
I look back.
I walked into the room five doors away from the emperor’s chamber on the right. There was a chest in the middle of the room. I opened it to find some high judge uniforms. I lifted each up one by one, each of them touching the ground as I raised them as high as I could. Each of them were too big.
“Looks like I’m gonna have to make one myself” I said to myself.
I searched my inventory for my sledgehammer; I found it and took it out. I took one of the uniforms and started hammering away.
Me- lets say I had to make one myself
Ffamran- ah…
Me- so what do you want of me?
Ffamran- I need to get away
Me- from what?
Ffamran- here. My father where else.
Me- why?
Ffamran- I didn’t want to become a judge, my father made me one on his search for power. He’s mad, mad on the power of magicite
Me- mad? In what way?
Ffamran- he speaks to a Venat when there is no one there
Me- Venat?
I had heard that name before, that evil name.
Ffamran- yes. He’s gone mad on that magicite. I have to get away
Me- and how can I help?
Ffamran- I don’t know *looks to the ground* but you’re a three year old judge, I know you’ll think of something.
Me- but-

Me- no. I’ll help

Ffamran- I suppose seeing as long as I get away I don’t mind how long I have to wait
Me- good. I’ll think of something. I promise

I stare up at the large, yellow (with the exception of two white and one black) birds.
Me- they are chocobos?
Ashe- yes *laughs* what did you expect?
Me- well something with four legs maybe
Ashe- can you ride?
How could she except that I can ride a chocobo when I had never seen one before in my life.
Me- I don't know. We will have to see
Ashe- this one is yours
Ashe takes me to one of the white chocobos
Ashe- its name is Cloud
Me- Cloud? *strokes chocobo* nice name
Ashe- the other white one is mine. Its called Snowy.
Me- cool
Raminas- lets get moving
We all jump onto our chocobos and head off.
Ashe- lets race!
Ashe then spead off, as not to let her out of my sight I race after her. When I catch up to her-
Me- its not safe to go so far ahead!
Ashe- *laughs* you are here and you are a captain of the Dalmascan army
Me- true but remember that I am a child
Ashe- you are tough, I believe I am safe
Vossler- princess, please do not travel so far infront of the guard
Ashe- Kid is a guard
Vossler- Kid is a child. She can not handle much
Me- that is where you are wrong Vossler
Vossler- why the king chose you to be a captain I do not know
Ashe- are you saying my father made the wrong choice? For if you are I must report you
Vossler- princess-
Me- there will be no need for that ashe. Vossler is just speaking his mind *smiles*
Ashe- well if you are sure-
Me- I am sure princess
We were soon at Nalbina where we stop for a while.
Me- why are we stopping?
Basch- we will be entering the highwaste, we must prepare
