Demetrius Caleb Redson looked around his room and sighed as a pair of socks flopped on his foot while a mouse scampered over his workboots, making small noises. He shook his head, long dark hair whisping around his long, thin face. His eyes, dark as always, looked silently around the small space.

"I know, I know, Noisy...I gotta clean my room..." his voice trailed off as the mouse stood up and looked at him, whiskers twitching at his words.

"Don't give me that...I'm busy." he stood there, looking back at Noisy, hands on his narrow hips. "Stop looking at me like that...I'll clean my room...just...not today...ok?"

Noisy lifted a paw and sniffed it before scuttling around on the floor while Demetrius stood there and watched...

Demetrius shook his head and chuckled softly, then returned to cleaning his room. He made a small pile of clothes in the corner of the room and got a large black bag to put the old paper and junk in to throw out. Every once in awhile, he'd spot Noisy and then get back to work.

I love cute mice that twitch their whiskers when you talk to them. I hade a mouse around my workplace. We called him sneakers.
