Clan Member Points too time consuming to calculate

Hello All,

Seems I got too ambitious with the whole clan point calculation system. Whilst in principle it is good, it's just tooooooo time consuming to calculate which members have increased their post count by a minimum of 30 posts per month, and award points based on post count increase.

I started to calculate this all but soon gave up.... I'm sorry.

What I suggest now is that clan leaders can PM me to remove and add members to their clan. I will still award points for reviews and contests, so don't worry about this part of it. It's just the post count increase calculation that is time consuming.

We all understand how tough it must be to keep track of all that. At least there will still be points for reviews and contests, so that's all good.

So then the 30 post count per month is abolished? Or are clan leaders suppose to keep up with it?

there has been a change? So that means... if a member did not post more than 30 in the month.. he/she can still be in the clan?

It would be tough to keep in track.. @.@ sheesh

Why not have the clan leader or co leader do the calculations on the post count at the end of the month for there respective clans so its not just one person doing it at the end of the month meaning u DB.

this is just an idea.

Oh, that changes everything? So, what do we all have to do now? Just post as much as we can? I'm sorry, i'm kinda confused...

I agree with Koga why don't we just do the calculations just pm use what you need us to count and we will do it for you. I did it this month I already know what clan members are out of the clan do to the post counts so do I pm them to you?

Dragon Ball I have sent you the members that are not active and do not have enough posts. I mean that they have neither been active and do not have enough posts. Waiting for you to get back to me. It would download your workload if the leader and co leader can do this.

As stated before, the leaders and co-leaders should be capable of looking up the members post counts and pming them to db. I mean, we've been doing it in our clan for awhile and it's not hard to look up as Koga has proven, so we can do it if you like.

Yup i don't mind doing the tally of the post counts for my clan so if u want to do this im for it.
