Yes we should wait till the other ones are full. I also thought that we are not really allowed to base a clan on something that we have in a regular forum.

Hmm.

Why would it be bad for another clan to be made? Because the others are lacking in members? There's a way to fix that.

And why can't there be a basic theme.. it doesn't really make sense. It's just something that'd be a little more talked about. If it really isn't allowed that a some sort of basis could be put in it'll be removed and turned into a normal, generic clan.

Cosa has started to flop because everyone is so different and there's very little common ground, or that's how I see it. So wouldn't have a bunch of people who like even a bit the same things be better than having a clan full of people very diverse in interests?

Well the thing is that most of the Cosa likes to do GFx but we are not really able to do so because then it would be basing it on a certain thing. Plus due to summer the clans have kinda become slow. I mean lets look at it. Who all likes GFx in the clan. Neves, You, Naruto, Darkened, and myself. That in it's self off of the top of my head shows half the clan wanting the GFx thread to be added. It's just there is a GFx forum on here. I was told that I couldn't have a clan mostly based on GFx. That was the first thing I wanted when we started the new clans.

Sorry I forgot Mattness who is just now starting with GFx.

What mostly everyone is trying to say is that if the other clans are not really full and working out then why start a new one to add to the non activity. Why not try and help get the clan your in active or try to get the other clans active.

I've tried getting the activity up and you know just how much it worked. No progress on the tut, no role playing in the thread I made.. one thing up in the critique thread. The colab was forgotten. I tried.

But I kind of think you're right.. about the getting Cosa up and good before another clan is made. The Cosa is sometimes fun to be in, it's just so slow sometimes.

That isn't what this thread is about though. If I can get the members then a clan is going to made and all the members will try to make it good. And just so it's all good with the rules. there won't be any sort of theme or focus, although such a rule is silly in my head.

If themes are so important and needed, then please inform me what the reason was the older themed clans were closed for? Inactivity was one reason I believe. So, that proves that themes don't mean people will post more. It's up to the members to be active in the clans and to want to interact with its members. If they fail to do so, kick them out for inactivity and get new members. Making a new clan when the current ones are slow just seems odd to me. I could understand if we were full and more members wanted in a clan, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Well then why not just focus on getting members into the clan your in. PM me Flawed I need to talk to you. Plus if you can get members interested in the clan then maybe everything you were talking about will happen.

Deod has a great point. I mean that is how I see it to. once the clans get full then maybe it will be great to open a new clan.

Also if the what are they called again. Oh yeah if we had the competitions maybe we would be more active.

The clans that are existing are not growing like some would like i think thats because allot don't understand the inner workings of the clans is one of the problems why many don't ask to join.As for starting a new clan because another one isent really active,Sure it might work out at first but in time people will start to care less and be less active for on reason or another i think.

So. The general opinion on a new clan is bad.

It wouldn't hurt to put some focus on a clan, and these ones are smaller, so it might be easier to stay active as friendships would be much easier to establish. It's not my problem or fault that the other clans have less than full numbers, it's been that way for a while and nothing has been done. No one asked to join and invites weren't sent to the forum community.

It seems odd, to me, that this is being shot down and opposed. It won't affect you or anyone else really.
